United States & International Shipping Policies

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 within the continental United States. IMPORTANT: We do not ship directly to international addresses. However, you can use a forwarder to easily manage your shipments from the US. Signing up with a forwarder will give you a US address that you can use for shopping on our website and any other business shipping out of the US. -Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase Airsoft, Air guns & Accessories from NEWAVE ENTERPRISES LLC(THENEWAVESHOP.COM) -By completing the checkout process you acknowledge and agree to all of NEWAVE ENTERPRISES LLC policies, terms, and conditions. -Shipping fees are non-refundable, there are absolutely no exceptions. -If a shipment is deemed as not deliverable and returned to us, the additional return shipping fees charged to us by the shipping company will be deducted from the amount we are able to refund. -It is the customer's responsibility to research any local restrictions concerning the products being purchased. -We will provide proof of shipping in the form of a tracking number. -The buyer assumes all responsibility for the shipment once it has left our store. -We will not be held responsible for shipments seized by any country's customs and are not eligible for any refunds. -By purchasing products from NEWAVE ENTERPRISES LLC (THENEWAVESHOP.COM) you agree that you are responsible for any and all additional fees related to, but not limited to, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, etc. -Any package(s) with tracking stating the item was delivered as addressed shall be assumed to be properly handled and delivered by whatever carrier service was last in possession of it. -Any lost or missing package claims where tracking states that the package was delivered must be handled by the customer and their local carrier service(s). -International return shipping costs, including any import/export fees, are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping is available to select countries. Additional duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Products that are damaged, scratched, misused, missing parts or accessories, are not eligible for a refund or exchange. All returned items will be inspected by a professional. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
